Return and Refund Policy

1. By placing an order on this website, a person/company agreed to follow installation requirements of liceneces electricakal works in Canada and policies of this website which are open/available to read 24/7 on each page (in the bottom) on this website 

2. Manufacturer Installation Instructions are provided by the seller, if not - please ask the seller to email it to you.

3. Replacement warranty or manufacturer warranty is applied for products installation of which was performed by a licensed electrician in accordance with a Canada local electrical code and safety authorities requirements (as all electrical installtion works are licensed in Canada)

4. Items can be returned within 30-calendar day Returning period: from the delivery of the original shipment to the buyer till the day on the Buyer's receipt of the returned products were shipped by the Buyer with the Canada Post Tracking Number (the buyer must email the copy/picture of Canada Post receipt

4. If the item is defective or damaged upon receipt, the buyer must report the defect/damage to seller within 14 days of receipt and make return arrangements within 30-calendar day Returning period

If a Buyer stated that products are defective, the the invoice with a name and licence #, contact phone of the liceneced electrician need to be provided to the Seller. If Sa Buyer returned a product within 30-calendar day Returning period and Seller found that on the time of the inspection 

4. Please order small quantities of products to test for suitability in your application before ordering large quantities

4. We have a 30-calendar day Return period (from a date of the original purchase from this website) till the day on the Buyer's receipt of returned products were shipped by the Buyer with Canada Post Tracking Number: 

3. If Shipping is FREE, it means in 1 way only - from the Seller to a Buyer. Any Returns are for a Buyer cost.

4. You may return an unused/undamaged item only in Original individual packaging (with an originally received an appropriate numbers of unused Installation Fixtures, Installation Instruction and unused Power Connectors (if applicable). Restocking fees may apply.

5. If you received a damaged item, you have to send email (ASAP, but not later than 5 calendar days) to the Seller and provide: 

- a numbers and name of the damaged items,

- clear short description of damages,

- clear pictures of damaged items and damaged packages - as a confirmation that you received damaged items

  • You have to safe original packaging, manuals, instructions, unsud installation fixtures, etc. during the warranty period
  • Upon receiving your order, you have to check received product(s) are functioning properly and not faulty, visually inspect received products for damaged and contact the Seller (if not acceptable transportation damages or missed products were found) with your order number and a product description - not later than 7 calendar days after receiving. Any claim about missed or damaged products after 7 calendar days will not be considered or compensated
  • Please ensure that products are tested before installation - we do not accept products for return after installation
  • You need to request an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) within 30 days of purchase and our return shipping address will be emailed to you. We do not mail physical labels
  • COD (Collect on delivery) and Freight Collect packages will not be accepted.
  • Returned merchandise needs to be in original packaging and condition. Make sure to include all materials, manuals, instructions, etc. 
  • Please ensure that all returned goods are packed safely and securely to avoid additional charges on damaged goods during return products to the Seller

Policy on Returning Goods 

All returned products will be inspected and tested thoroughly before any refund will be issued. The Seller will contact you if any issue with return will be found.

If Buyer bstated thaSeller will find that products are

    Refunds

  1. If Shipping is FREE -  means only from the Seller to a Buyer. Any Returns are for a Buyer cost.
  2. Shipping cost and 3% of total money transferring cost (with tax) will be covered by the Buyer
  3. Goods returned in their original packaging within 30 days period are subject 10% restocking fee of total products cost plus tax
  4. An extra 10% restocking fee of total returned products cost will be applied to products with missed/damaged staff, packages or no longer in original condition and subtracted from Refund amount
  5. Missed/damaged items/packaging will be for a Buyer cost
  6. Already had been installed products are a subject of $0 refund
  7. We issue refund usually asap within 7 days after receiving the products. Confirmation message will be send acknowledging the refund and the amount
  8. Failure to adhere to the policy and installation instructions will result in $0 refund
